The servers, both times we ate here, were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I had the chicken pot pie and it was MORE than enough food. The Casino Grill is much better than we anticipated!!!! My husband literally said that they had the best cheesy grits he's ever had in his life. We had coffee and a light breakfast from the grab and go in the lobby one morning and that was good. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were much better than many other places we've stayed, The bath products were good quality and we really didn't have any issues at all! The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Be sure to ask for a river view room upon check-in if that's what you would like. We had a nice room, facing the river, on the 23rd floor. There is smoking allowed in the casino areas (which we anticipated) but not in the hotel itself. We had originally booked a stay here in 2019 and then the flooding happened :( We finally got to rebook our visit this year! We live about 4 hours away, and while the drive is not super enjoyable, it was worth it! We really enjoyed our time here.
